About Hydrocele

Symptoms

Painless swelling of one or both sides of the scrotum · Heavy or dragging sensation · Increased size during the day, smaller in the morning · Discomfort while walking or sitting

Diagnosis

Clinical examination shows transillumination — light passes through the swelling. Scrotal ultrasound confirms the diagnosis and rules out other pathology.

Treatment

Hydrocelectomy through a small scrotal incision. 30–45 minute daycare procedure under spinal or general anesthesia. Recovery in 5–7 days, no sutures to remove.

End-to-end support, included

Doctor consult, hospital admission, insurance paperwork, surgery, post-op follow-up — your care manager handles everything.

  • Free doctor consultation (in-person or video)
